As President and Chief Executive Officer, Ms. McNatty is responsible for the day-to-day management of operations finance and administration of D. R. McNatty & Associates and it’s affiliated company, MLM Project Services, Inc. Ms. McNatty defines corporate strategy and provides direction, oversight and performance management to a team of industry professionals providing a unique and specialized set of services to the local, national and international project management markets.
As the CEO, Ms. McNatty has guided the firm through fluctuations in the economy and construction markets by always focusing on delivering client driven services that are inclusive and provide the firm with the ability to maintain an industry leading technology position while still maintaining a competitive price point in its various local, national and international market offerings.
Ms. McNatty’s background is comprised of over thirty (30) years as an executive. Most notably, Ms. McNatty’s business management and business administration were the results of her early tenure within the construction segment with a family owned construction business, through positions in management with several small businesses and ultimately helping to establish a successful project management consulting business followed by leveraging that business into a multi-office software sales, training, implementation, programming and system hosting business that D. R. McNatty & Associates, and MLM Project Services are today. Her experience includes various aspects of project management and support services using Primavera software and the application of technology to construction business processes. Ms. McNatty’s experience over numerous projects, provides her with an ability for keen insights on processes, workflows, scheduling, field operations, performance management and material/product planning and acquisition. - David W. - Dave has over 15 years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, and integrating complex IT solutions. Dave has worked in large Fortune 500 company environments as a Systems/Network Engineer and has also performed a vast amount of consulting services for small-medium sized businesses. Dave provides the technological direction for the company as well as spearheading all efforts in technical and managed services for clients. Dave oversees a team of technical experts managing over 50 client deployments of Primavera and related software on a global scale from data centers in Irvine CA, Singapore, and London, UK.
- Donald R. McNatty
- Vice President, Director of Business Development
- Mr. McNatty has 40 years of project management experience as a consultant, contractor, and project manager. He has over 25 years related experience in designing, programming, implementing, and supporting automated project management and control systems software. His hands-on experience in project management processes offers a unique and varied background combined with excellent communication skills, extensive technical knowledge, and common sense, which provides clients with cost-effective project-management solutions that simply work. Don is currently responsible for Business Development and Quality Assurance.
- William T. McGivney
- Vice President, Practice Manager - Estimating Risk
- Bill has over 30 years of experience in Construction Project Management as chief estimator, construction services manager, and project controls manager. He has over 20 years related experience in public agency support designing, implementing, and supporting automated project management and control systems software. He has taught at California State University, Pomona under the ABET program where leaders in the industry are invited to extend their professional experience with students. Mr. McGivney recently co-authored the text "Cost Estimating Manual for Water Treatment Facilities", published by J. Wiley and Sons in 2008. His current responsibilities include the application of Oracle |Primavera Risk to construction processes as well as providing cost estimating services for water and wastewater facilities.

- Brian has over 15 years of construction management and project control experience. As a certified Primavera Trainer and Implementation Consultant Brian leads the execution of software implementation as well as professional services including project administration and schedule support, claims analysis, mitigation, and support. As Director of Services, Brian is responsible for client deliverables, software implementation, professional services, development and training of resources, and insuring that client goals and objectives are achieved on time and on budget.
