Mary (Linda) McNatty
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mary Linda has over 28 years experience in office administration and business management. Linda managed accounting and office administration for a family owned construction company, was office manager for a radiology equipment vendor, and has been responsible for day to day management for software sales, training, and consulting for over ten years. Linda worked closely with many clients during the formative years of DRMcNatty & Associates to coordinate training, staffing, and implementation assignments. As Chief Executive and President, she manages finances and makes final decisions on corporate strategy. Linda originated and still sponsors DRMcNatty's free job referral service through the Primavera Users Group for Southern California and Nevada.
Donald R. McNatty
Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. McNatty has 38 years of project management experience as a consultant, contractor, chief estimator, construction manager, project manager, and field superintendent. He has over 25 years related experience in designing, programming, implementing, and supporting automated project management and control systems software. He has lectured at several California Universities on project management and control automation topics. His expertise and reputation in designing and implementing successful project control systems is recognized nationwide and has been sought by Fortune 100 companies. His hands-on experience in project management processes offers a unique and varied background combined with excellent communication skills, extensive technical knowledge, and common sense, which provides clients with cost-effective project-management solutions that simply work. William T. McGivney
Principal Vice President for Professional Services
Bill has over 30 years of experience in Construction Project Management as chief estimator, construction services manager, project controls manager and contractor. He is responsible for development, implementation, coordination, and administration of specialized knowledge management systems including Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), project scheduling systems, resource management systems, Records Management Systems (RMS), cost control and estimating systems, and economic analysis services for individual projects and multi-project programs. He has over 20 years related experience in public agency support designing, implementing, and supporting automated project management and control systems software. He has taught at California State University, Pomona under the ABET program where leaders in the industry are invited to extend their professional experience with students. Mr. McGivney has provided these same services to government agencies in both the United States and countries including; the Philippines, Egypt, Argentina and Australia.
David W. Madding
Chief Technology Officer
Dave has over 12 years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, and integrating complex IT solutions. Dave has worked in large Fortune 500 company environments as a Systems/Network Engineer and has also performed a vast amount of consulting services for small-medium sized businesses. Dave's approach to technology in the enterprise is to understand the business processes in place and the customer's needs first, then apply the appropriate technology to make those processes more efficient and satisfy the customer. Dave provides the technological vision and direction for the company as well as spearheading all efforts in technical and managed services for clients.









Anthony Myers
Director, Plant & Outage Services
Mr. Myers has 30 years’ experience in planning, scheduling and estimating oil refinery turnarounds, utilizing Primavera Project Planner and Primavera Enterprise on projects as Lead Planner and Scheduler on very large integrated schedules including both maintenance and capital project work.
John R. Sullivan, JR., CPA
Controller
With over thirty years of experience, Mr. Sullivan has been providing financial leadership to organizations to ensure that adequate reporting, analysis, and controls are in place to maintain growth and profitability of the business. His direct involvement with business managers on revenue projections, profit modeling, cost initiatives, and various financial/business management issues have been the key results of providing successful financial leadership. Mr. Sullivan's experience and interactions with senior managers and staff has led to accomplishments such as assisting with leading a financial turnaround of a company, implementing a cash management system, achieving cost savings through centralization of branch accounting and leading a computer conversion from a proprietary system to Oracle.
