Program Management
Primavera provides a complete program management solution supporting the strategic goals of the organization. Project information can be rolled up into summary groups called project portfolios. The information in these portfolios can either be very detailed or summary based upon the program requirements. All project data is distributed through an easy to use, easy to understand management dashboard called myPrimavera. This is the common user interface to connect all Primavera tools.
Primavera Contract Manager is the centerpiece of project control and project administration. All project documentation including items such as contracts, communication, RFI's, change orders, submittals, daily reports and more are stored in a central repository available to projects participants based upon their role in the project.
Primavera Planner/Scheduler is the central repository for storing cost and schedule data. Project data can be summarized by just about any criteria the user sets. This is the tool for the professional scheduler, or cost engineer, involved in planning and administering projects.
Primavera Contractor is used by smaller subcontractors, designed for ease of use and simplicity. Contractors can build schedules and resource load them and easily email them off to the Construction Manager or master schedule keeper.
Mobil Manager connects field personnel to project activities in order to monitor and track work progress. Schedule information is downloaded to a PDA and synchronized so project managers can ensure work is being completed as scheduled.
