As a Team Member, it is your job to perform the detailed and defined tasks necessary to complete a specific portion of the overall project or program. The Team Member has limited visibility into strategic planning and the work necessary to develop project and program plans. You primary focus is on mastering your area of expertise and gaining a firm grasp on the task at hand in order to deliver efficiently.
