With more than 30 years of experience in enterprise software development, systems integration, and project controls, Cesar Ho leads D. R. McNatty & Associates, Inc.'s software engineering and custom application development initiatives. He specializes in architecting integrations, database solutions, reporting infrastructures, and application migrations around Oracle Primavera platforms, helping organizations connect and manage data across enterprise systems.

Cesar has designed ETL pipelines, API-driven integrations, and custom applications that connect Primavera platforms with ERPs, financial systems, and home-grown applications. He also has extensive experience supporting migrations from legacy and internally developed applications into Oracle Primavera platforms and other enterprise systems. His work includes scheduling, cost and resource management, reporting and analytics, and document and audit wotkflows supporting billion-dollar transportation, public works, and infrastructure programs.

He also is assisting drive the firm's exploration of AI-enabled and intelligent agent solutions within project controls environments, focusing on the APIs and integration architecture required to support advanced automation and AI capabilities.

Cesar holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the School of Engineering at Cornell University.
