Junior Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant to join our growing delivery team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is eager to build hands-on experience configuring Oracle Unifier solutions while learning from senior consultants and implementation leaders. The consultant will support configuration, testing, documentation, and client-facing activities across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation and Configuration

  • Support the full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  • Assist with configuring business processes, workflows, forms, and shells within Oracle Unifier under the guidance of senior consultants.

  • Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and configuration review sessions.

  • Support data migration activities, environment setup (DEV/TEST/PROD), and release coordination.

  • Identify and escalate design workshops, and configuration review sessions.

  • Maintain configuration logs and assist with release coordination.

  • Identify and escalate design questions, issues, or requirement gaps to the implementation lead.

  • Support functional testing, issue triage, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Continuous Learning and Improvement

  • Learn and stay current with Oracle Unifier features, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications

Experience

  • MUST be a legal and permanent resident of the United States.

  • 0-2 years of experience working with Oracle Unifier or similar construction/project management systems.

  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, construction project management, project controls, or a related field (internships and co-op experience may count)

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Oracle Unifier concepts; experience with uDesigner is a plus.

  • Familiarity with business process documentation and software testing fundamentals.

  • Basic understanding of project management software and reporting tools.

  • Exposure to data imports, templates, or system integrations is a plus.

  • Willingness to learn Unifier security, permissions, and user management.

Consulting and Soft Skills

  • Strong willingness to learn and take directions from senior team members.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Unifier Implementation Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for detailed configuration and functional build tasks based on designs from the implementation lead and architect. This role is ideal for a mid-level consultant who can own configuration tasks independently while collaborating with senior implementation leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation and Configuration

  • Support full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  • Participate in client meetings to understand project management and business process needs.

  • Facilitate design workshops and configuration review sessions with clients.

  • Present solutions, demos, and system walkthroughs to project stakeholders.

  • Support change management and adoption efforts during deployments.

  • Raise design or requirements gaps to the implementation lead.

  • Assist with data migration, environment setup (DEV/TEST/PROD), and release coordination.

  • Prepare and maintain configuration logs.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with business process design and documentation, software testing, and training.

  • Working knowledge of project management software, AI, and reporting tools.

  • Experience working with Unifier Integrations (REST APIs, data imports, file transfers).

  • Understanding of Unifier security, permissions, and user management

Azure Data Engineer Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineering Consultant to deliver client-facing data and analytics solutions built on Azure cloud-native ELT architectures. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and transformation layers while enabling enterprise analytics through Power BI and other BI platforms.

As a consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand business needs, define data architectures, and deliver high-quality, analytics-ready datasets. You will also support Power BI semantic models and reporting use cases to ensure clients can effectively consume and act on their data.

This job is primarily remote, but it includes occasional travel for conferences and in-person meetings with clients.
