Director of Infrastructure & Hosting Operations

Mike Sigler brings more than 28 years of experience in information technology, infrastructure operations, managed hosting, systems engineering, and technology leadership to D. R. McNatty & Associates, Inc. As Director of Infrastructure and Hosting Operations, he oversees the company's Managed Services hosting operation and leads the strategic direction, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of the infrastructure platforms that support complex project management environments.

Throughout his career, Mike has led infrastructure modernization efforts, managed high-availability hosting environments, and delivered scalable solutions across data center, cloud, network, storage, virtualization, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery services. His experience spans Windows, Linux, Azure, VMware, Proxmox, enterprise storage, cybersecurity, automation, reporting, enterprise application support, ETL, and business platforms such as Talend and Qlik, and Oracle Primavera P6 administration, integrations, upgrades, backups, and performance tuning.

Prior to being named Director of Infrastructure and Hosting Operations, Mike served as Senior Systems Engineer at DRMcNatty, where he supported infrastructure modernization, hosting operations, cloud services, backup and disaster recovery, network upgrades, and enterprise application environments. In this role, he worked closely with DRMcNatty customers to support reliable service delivery, resolve complex technical challenges, and strengthen the hosting platforms that support their business-critical project environments. Before joining DRMcNatty, he held senior infrastructure, system administration, and IT leadership roles across healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and enterprise support environments. He has led major server, database, storage, backup, cloud, and data center migrations; improved disaster recovery readiness; supported large-scale enterprise platforms; and modernized legacy systems while maintaining a strong focus on uptime, security, and business continuity.

With a practical hands-on leadership style and a focus on operational excellence, cost efficiency, automation, and secure service delivery, Mike ensures DRMcNatty's hosting platforms remain resilient, highly available, and aligned with customer and business needs.
